Please note that any parcels returned due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending goods. please double check your SHIPPING address is correct, as unfortunately I may not be able to refund or replace goods that were not received due to an incorrect address.

on rare occasions post may take longer than expected – unfortunately this is out of my hands and the responsibility of the courier. 90% of parcels will arrive within three business days of there due date.
this RETURNS POLICY LASTS 14 DAYS, PLEASE NOTE i CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS/refunds/exchanges THEREAFTER.
i am happy to exchange goods for a credit note. i only accept returned items that have been unopened/unused and are in original new condition as they were received (including the packaging). please ensure they are packed securely, as i cannot accept goods that have been damaged in transit.
