Shipping policy

Free shipping for all orders.

We only ship within Australia at this current time.

You will receive order confirmation via email immediately after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email including a tracking number (all orders have tracking).

We ship every day excluding public holidays & weekends, please allow up to three days for your order to be dispatched.

Please note that any parcels returned due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending goods. Please double check your shipping address is correct, as unfortunately I may not be able to refund or replace goods that were not received due to an incorrect address.

Expected delivery times

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your package has been dispatched. Country locations often take longer than metro locations.

On rare occasions post may take longer than expected – unfortunately this is out of our hands and the responsibility of the courier. 90% of parcels will arrive within three business days of there due date.
